Robert L. Ferguson

Robert L. Ferguson, Jr. is a trained mediator, having taken the 40 hour course in civil mediation as well as advanced mediation for complex cases. Mr. Ferguson has been mediating cases since 1996 and is a court appointed mediator in the circuit court in five Maryland counties, Mr. Ferguson is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. His practice is concentrated in the defense of complex personal injury and construction cases, with extensive experience in insurance coverage, aviation, maritime and products liability matters. Mr. Ferguson is a Past Chair of the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, Past President of the Bar Association of Baltimore City and a Member of the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission for Baltimore City (1999-present).
